UnlockAndLook ("Platform", "we", "us") is a marketplace for selling digital products. This Acceptable Use Policy defines what types of content and activity are permitted on our Platform. All users must comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Content Moderation Policy.
1. Permitted Content
UnlockAndLook is designed for creators who sell legitimate digital products, including but not limited to:
- Educational materials, online courses, and tutorials
- Fitness plans, workout programs, and nutrition guides
- E-books, written guides, and how-to documents
- Templates, presets, and design assets
- Photography, artwork, and digital illustrations
- Music, audio files, and sound packs
- Software, code snippets, and digital tools
- Business resources, marketing strategies, and consulting materials
2. Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on UnlockAndLook:
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind
- Content depicting, involving, or suggestive of minors
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes
- Stolen, pirated, or counterfeit content
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hate speech
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or instructions to create them
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
- Gambling services, lottery schemes, or casino-related products
- Fraudulent schemes, get-rich-quick scams, or pyramid/MLM schemes
- Malware, hacking tools, or any software designed to cause harm
- Personal data, doxxing material, or privacy-violating content
- Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international law
3. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in the following activities on our Platform:
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
- Manipulating reviews, ratings, or sales metrics
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
- Using the Platform to launder money or process fraudulent transactions
- Impersonating another person, brand, or organization
- Circumventing any security measures, access controls, or payment systems
- Using automated tools to scrape, download, or reproduce content
4. Enforcement
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in, at our sole discretion:
- Warning: A formal notice to cease the prohibited activity
- Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content
- Account Suspension: Temporary suspension pending review
- Account Termination: Permanent ban from the Platform without refund of pending earnings
- Legal Action: Reporting to law enforcement and pursuing legal remedies where appropriate
We reserve the right to take any of these actions without prior notice. Enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.
5. Reporting Violations
If you believe a user or piece of content violates this policy, please report it to us immediately.
