Content Moderation & Age Verification

UnlockAndLook ("Platform", "we", "us") is committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and respectful environment. This Content Moderation & Age Verification Policy outlines our standards, enforcement procedures, and your responsibilities as a user of the Platform.

1. Age Verification

All creators (sellers) on UnlockAndLook must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We require identity verification for all creators before they can list or sell any content on our Platform. By creating a seller account, you confirm under penalty of perjury that you are of legal age.

All buyers must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By completing a purchase or accessing any content, buyers confirm they are of legal age. The Platform reserves the right to request age verification from any user at any time.

If we discover or reasonably suspect that a user is under the required age, their account will be immediately and permanently terminated, all content will be removed, and we may report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

2. Content Standards

Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload and sell. The Platform does not pre-approve, endorse, or verify the legality of any content beyond identity verification. The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Content depicting, involving, or suggestive of minors or any person under 18 years of age
• Content created or distributed without the consent of all depicted individuals
• Content promoting or depicting violence, abuse, exploitation, or human trafficking
• Content that is illegal or obscene under applicable law
• Stolen, pirated, or unauthorized content (see our DMCA Policy)
• Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Content that promotes illegal activities, terrorism, or self-harm
• Content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content designed to scam buyers

3. Creator Responsibilities

By uploading content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole creator and rights holder of the content, or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses
• All individuals depicted in your content are at least 18 years of age and have provided informed consent
• You maintain all records required by applicable law
• Your content does not violate any law or third-party right
• You accept full legal responsibility for all content you upload

4. Enforcement & Moderation

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, monitor, and moderate content on the Platform. Our enforcement actions may include, at our sole discretion:

• Content Removal: Immediate removal of any content that violates this policy or that we deem inappropriate
• Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account pending investigation
• Account Termination: Permanent termination of your account without prior notice
• Withholding of Funds: We may withhold pending payouts if your account is under investigation for policy violations
• Reporting to Authorities: We will report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, including but not limited to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)

Our moderation decisions are final and made at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide reasons for our decisions, nor are we required to restore removed content or terminated accounts.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately. All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.
